Please note that you may get an update quite quickly after upload, this is to confirm we have received your documents, not necessarily approved them. The approval email would be in a very distinct, separate email. You can read more about this in our ‘Known issues with verification’ article.

If your documents could not be verified or further information is needed, you will be contacted by a member of our support team. 

In order to speed up the verification process, be sure to check if the required information is visible. Unfortunately, if the information isn't visible, we will need to re-request the document.
